This Microlot from Don Isidro’s Los Malagras Farm will really knock you off your feet. We mean that literally, it is incredibly flavorful and full bodied. Think, bold cabernet at it’s best.
Don Isidro’s farm has very fertile soil, a cold microclimate perfect for coffee cultivation, and spring water. He has many drying racks in order to select out imperfections by hand and prepare his coffee for safe transport down the mountain. Moreover, his workers have been trained by Gold Mountain Coffee Growers staff to pick perfectly-ripe beans, and the results shine through on cupping tables.
